VDP Clothing

Have you ever heard of VDP?  Do you own a truck, Jeep or UTV?  VDP is a company that makes and sells parts for those types of vehicles.  While the title of this might suggest items for humans to wear, in actuality it is referring to the line of soft products manufactured by VDP for your Jeep.

Most of the VDP clothing comes in the form of soft tops and summer tops made for Jeeps.  I know, you like going topless, but there are times when you want that feel of being topless while allowing yourself the protection from the sun that these products offer.  They also give your ride a unique look.

This is a black mesh top that gives you the feel of going topless while still retaining your protection for the heat of the sun.  It is a short top that only covers the passengers in the front seat, but there is also one available for all passengers.  It offers UV protection as well.  This is easily installed and only requires the additional purchase of the soft top windshield panel so that it actually has something to connect to.  An added benefit of this top is that it does not balloon up in the wind…nor does it annoy you to death with incessant flapping.

These are something that can add a touch of personality to your Jeep too.  This is because they come in a variety of styles.  You can choose from the black mesh, an American flag design, a pirate style (Jolly Roger), a Confederate flag and even camouflage.

This is essentially the same thing as the one we just talked about with one major exception.  Instead of just covering the front passengers, offering them protection from the heat and sun, these cover all passengers in the Jeep.  They come in the same styles as mentioned with the brief top too!

Price

For most of us, price is a HUGE issue with everything that we purchase.  VDP knows this and has priced their products accordingly.  Their “clothing” is quite affordable.  The basic brief top is priced around $50 with a $10 increase for different styles.  The full length version is priced around $60 and again the varying styles come in at around $10 more.  Either way, this is a very affordable accessory for you and your Jeep.
