VDP Sound Bar

VDP is a company that manufactures and markets a line of accessories for Jeeps, trucks and UTVs.  The VDP Sound Bar is one of their most popular products.  There are varying sound bars and wedges that they offer and we will just discuss a couple here today. 

Six Speaker Upholstered

If you enjoy the ultimate in sound at a minimum of cost, then take a look at this sound bar.  It has a total of 6 speakers (bet you got that from the name).  There are 2 1” tweeters, 2 6” woofers and 2 2” midis.  The covering on the bar is a very durable as well as weather resistant fabric.  This even comes in different colors.  You can choose from either black plastic or gray denim, denim black or denim spice and we can never forget the camouflage choice.

Two Speaker Upholstered

This VDP sound bar is obviously different from the 6 speaker version in that it only has 2 speakers.  Those would be 6” speakers.  These are pretty versatile though in that they have a maximum of 200 watts, have a 1” aluminum voice coil, and are 2 way coax polypropylene with a 30 Oz magnet! 

This version of the VDP sound bar also comes in varying colors for your viewing pleasure to mesh with your listening pleasure.  The two speaker upholstered sound bar is available in gray, denim black, spice or camouflage.

Four Speaker Supreme

We have talked about a 6 speaker sound bar and a 2 speaker sound bar, now it’s time to head for middle ground and discuss the four speaker version.  This one also has the 6” and the tweeters that were mentioned in the other versions, just in differing amounts.  There is a 180 watt limit on the output.  The frequency range is 55- 20,000 Hz.
